Returns Policy:
To qualify for a return, you must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, unsold, and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that certain items, such as personal hygiene products like intimate apparel and protective gear, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Merchandise must be in new condition with tags & packaging and resealable. Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns. Please include the original invoice/packing slip (print up the order confirmation that you received in e-mail after the order was placed). Describe the reason for returning the item. Please provide images of the item and its defect on the product. All returns items must be in the same condition they were sent in: unwashed, unused, unaltered, and with original packing.
Refund Process:
If you qualify for a return, please contact our customer service department to initiate the return process. We will provide you with further instructions, including the return address. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will begin processing the refund. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within several working days. Please note that credit card refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Recommendation:
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery and confirmation of receipt.
Exclusions from Refunds:
Please note that customized items, certain special promotional items or clearance sale items, damage caused by the customer, and items returned beyond the return deadline are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping charges, duties, or VAT cannot be refunded on a return. We do not assume any obligation to pay for shipping when returning an item. Orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. While processing a return, we will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee. If delivery is included in the price of the goods, in this case, before returning the money for the goods, we additionally deduct the cost of delivery from the cost of the goods.
After receiving merchandise, we will issue a refund back to the same credit/debit card used to make the order after adjustment of the 20% re-stocking fee.
